Job Description:
Hprobe is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. With over 3 years of experience in sales administration and a background in business or engineering, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international sales efforts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales administration tasks with rigor and organization.
- Ensure timely billings collection.
- Actively engage with international contacts, demonstrating a strong appetite for communication and problem-solving.
- Handle internal and external recovery processes efficiently for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and develop company sales medias (website, brochures, videos, etc…).
- Utilize digital tools for active online engagement and maintain excellent reporting standards.
- Occasionally travel to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from a business school or engineering background.
- Proven experience in sales administration with a focus on international contacts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a dynamic approach to daily tasks.
- Proficient in digital tools and active online engagement strategies.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
